Qualifications What You Need For This Position: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; At least 8 - 12 years of broad Information Technology experience with skills in areas such Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, and operations research); At least 5-7 years of experience managing/leading projects and teams including the development of project goals and objective, plans, timelines, and providing quality assurance of deliverables; Experience with Federal government clients with the ability to identify, understand, react to and provide creative solutions to challenges within and specific to that environment; Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build relationships and interface with senior level government leaders; The ability to juggling many different types of tasks at one time with the ability to work within project scope, flexibility and comfort operating in a fast paced environment; Working knowledge and experience in the use of MicroSoft Project; Active Secret Clearance If You Have This, It Is A Plus Master's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is highly preferred. Understanding and experience of established NMMES systems such as Advanced Industrial Management System (AIM), Navy Workload and Performance System (NWPS), and Supervisor's Desk (SUPDESK). Software/Systems Engineering using Agile methodologies, with the ability to tailor to a specific systems engineering process and software development tools. Use of PMO-IT SDLC tools. (Serena Business Manager, Serena Dimensions, IBM Rhapsody, IBM DOORS, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Unified Functional Testing (UFT)) -Database Programming - schema design, architecture, performance tuning, SQL scripting, database consolidation, database migration, system backups and database admin. IT Infrastructure Support - hosted environment operations. System Administration - sys admin, help desk support, trouble ticket resolution.
