We're a 5-star restoration company experiencing strong growth and we need an experienced Mitigation Project Manager who can truly lead our water, smoke, mold and sanitizing division.
What You'll Do:
Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets while working closely with your team and customers to ensure seamless execution.
Create precise project estimates and supporting sketches for various restoration stages.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Managing and mentoring a team of technicians, fostering an environment of safety, efficiency, and quality.
Being the final point of contact for customer insurance claims, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Managing support personnel for documentation, insurance claims, including photos, drawings, test reports, and alike while ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
Review project documentation such as photos, dry logs, demo sheets, airborne contaminants, and safety sheets.
Regularly visiting job sites to guarantee compliance with IICRC guidelines and our five-star service commitment. This includes getting dirty sometimes with an end goal of never getting dirty.
Maintain constant communication with other management.
Who We're Looking For:
Leader: Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to motivate others. This includes being approachable and maintaining a professional appearance.
Certifications: IICRC 500 & S520, more is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in estimations within the restoration or construction industry.
Skills: Proficient in Xactimate (or equivalent). Familiarity with CompanyCam and similar. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient on a computer with programs such as Word, Excel, Gmail, Outlook, Digital Calendars, G-Drive, and similar.
Qualities: Excellent judgment. Listener. Negotiator. Problem solving abilities. Capacity to perform physical tasks as needed. Ability to operate with minimal direction. Growth and goal oriented. Ability to set expectations and address concerns for technicians and customers. Understands communication is key. People person. Sense of urgency.
Education: GED/High School Diploma, required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Requirements: Valid Driver's License with a safe record, ability to pass a drug test and background check. Must have the ability to learn and understand new programs with provided training. Prior experience in water damage mitigation or related fields.

What skill you will have:
Technical Excellence: Strong commercial experience and the ability to support and influence organizational change. Candidates should bring a foundational understanding of Condition Monitoring along with exposure to equipment applications across mining, quarry and aggregates, and waste environments. Understanding of the core responsibilities and day‑to‑day activities of a Condition Monitoring Advisor is also essential for success in this position.

What You Will Do:
Interface with the government program office and multiple suppliers to plan and develop an integrated digital engineering environment
Coordinate personnel from Digital Technologies, Cybersecurity, Security, Facilities, and Digital Engineering in the technical execution of scope required to create the program ecosystem and integrated digital environment
Lead a multi-functional team of personnel to execute a comprehensive strategy for short and long-term connectivity solutions between geographically separated locations
Create and execute a program ecosystem road map for the current contract and for future development and production contracts
Use Earned Value principles to manage an estimated $ Ecosystem budget within cost and schedule performance constraints for the Ecosystem scope of activities
Assume responsibilities of Information System Owner for the program's classified networks
Communicate strategy and status to Raytheon and government program leadership during Technical Interchange Meetings and reviews.
Collaborate with customers as the program liaison for Hardware Change Requests (HCRs), Software Change Requests (SCRs), Test Plan approvals, priority clearance approvals, and CONOPs approvals to support program priorities and schedules.
Uses CORE principles and best practices to implement process improvements and increase operational efficiency to accelerate program schedules. Supervise one or more direct reports and provide performance review input to functional supervisors

Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction science or design is highly preferred.

· Hotel Brand experience helpful
· Full Time - Preferably based in Tucson or Phoenix, due to most of the work being done in Tucson.

Maintenance Licenses and Permits
· Maintain oversight of all operating licenses and permits for hotels.
