What You'll Do Oversee a team of Advanced Practice Professionals, being accountable for hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance management. Deliver patient services under the guidance of a supervising physician and/or the assigned supervising staff physician. Conduct patient interviews and examinations to identify their symptoms and create or update patient records. Carry out comprehensive examinations and relevant medical screening procedures. You must accurately document complete and precise information in patient records. Assist in forming diagnostic, therapeutic, and follow-up plans or treatment protocols when necessary. You will follow up on patient status and diagnostic tests and report necessary information to the supervising physician. Communicate crucial information to the patient, supervising physician, and other caregivers involved in the patient's care. This includes preparing clinical progress notes and other required paperwork in alignment with Baylor Scott & White Health policies.
