General Responsibilities
Comprehensive knowledge of the OLD system
a. Monitor ETA and On-Time % and make any necessary adjustments within Digital Q to maximize deliveries AND guest experience. Assign OLD deliveries.
a. Monitor all incoming orders.
b. Dispatch/assign orders to Drivers via the Bringg app that ensures quality food and timeliness of the deliveries for the guest.
c. Proactively manage order batching to achieve desired productivity. Oversee OLD Drivers.
a. Ensure that OLD Drivers are following delivery protocol, food safety, etc. This includes being on time and ready when their shift begins, proper uniform, etc.
b. Ensure OLD Drivers are assisting in the restaurant when not delivering orders.
c. Assist Drivers with order assembly as needed.
d. Ensure drivers maintain/clean company-owned vehicles, refresh gas, complete checklist, etc., prior to and at the completion of their shifts. Serve FOH Team
a. Answer the restaurant telephone during dispatching hours.
b. When possible, assist the Shift Leader with guests – take phone catering orders/guest recovery via HEARD model.
c. Proactively seek opportunities to assist FOH team Organizational Alignment
a. Connect with the OLD Specialist as needed or once a month at minimum.

The Iron Delivery Specialist moves or transports iron from the furnace to the Sinto Auto Pourer per direction of supervision verbally or in writing, in a safe, efficient, and quality manner.
Pay after successful completion of (90) days is $22.56.
This position will train on 1st shift & move to 2nd shift in January 2023.
What You'll Do:
Iron Delivery Specialists, under the direction of supervision, operate a powered forklift truck in a safe manner to transport iron, to designated areas to keep production delays to a minimum and service manufacturing areas. IDS must follow and conform to all written and verbal safety and quality guidelines and procedures pertaining to their specific areas as set forth by supervision of the Company. Responsibility includes reporting repair needs immediately to supervision or maintenance, and safe operation at all times per training guidelines upon hire into the job. Keep the forklift full of diesel or LP fuel. Inform supervisor of any operational and/or quality problems. Fill out and follow all directions on the fork truck daily inspection checklist. Attend employee daily meeting. Transfer employees will transport the full ladle to the pouring deck area, and assist in the transport of the ladle to the pouring area. Additional duties as may be required.
What We Need From You:
Minimum of completion of the tenth (10) grade, high school. Must possess the ability to comprehend written and verbal directions. Must possess physical capabilities to move on to and off of the powered equipment, walk, bend, stand, lift fifty pounds on a regular basis, and sit for at least 10 hours per shift. Must be trained and certified in forklift operation within the facility and wear the required helmet sticker signifying this status. Mechanical aptitude or related industrial experience required. Must have safety training required of all employees.
