* Conduct thorough tax research and analysis related to the preparation of individual federal and state tax returns and partnership schedule K-1s to support Partner Tax Services and Partner Tax Matters group in the preparation of federal and state tax returns
* Proactively monitor federal and state legislative developments; Model the potential impact of proposed tax changes and identify strategic tax-savings opportunities for the firm and its partners
* Document tax research positions and collaborate with firm experts on various federal and state issues to ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines
* Effectively communicate tax technical positions to members of cross-functional groups within Firm Taxes

Qualifications:

**Job Opportunity**
Supporting the commercialization process, the role builds the frameworks, processes, methods, tools, and governance to facilitate the Go-To-Market (GTM) monetization transformation from input‑based, effort-driven, cost‑plus margin monetization into client value‑driven, output- and outcome‑based models, that appropriately share in all sources of value: efficiency, effectivness and enablement. **Your key responsibilities**
+ Provide leadership, execution and accountability of the product and service commercialization factory including connecting the product, monetization, pricing and commercial models across Top End Audit, Transformations, Managed Services, and other business models, as needed.

Most of the team works on one or more projects at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority. At a Principal Director level, it could be:

* Building relationships with senior clients that help Accenture become a trusted partner
* Driving business development efforts and help build the Accenture Consulting practice

* Minimum of 7 years of experience with regulatory and compliance implications and requirements within MedTech manufacturing and quality processes and systems integration

* Minimum of 7 years experience in leveraging and integrating large ERP (e.g SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion), production planning & scheduling systems, MES, and LIMS
