Draft shared throughout development of Deliverable, completed version due 15 Business Days following completion of Deliverable 1.1. 1.3 Reporting Requirements, which must include a clear definition of: Required metrics, KPIs, filters, and drill-downs. Required alignment rules between legacy Excel data and new Jotform submissions. Data transformation and mapping specifications. Data quality rules and business logic. Draft shared throughout development of Deliverable, completed version due 5 Business Days following completion of Deliverable 1.2 2.Gap Analysis & Recommendation Report A structured analysis comparing current vs. future needs and identifying what must be changed or built. This report includes: 2.1 Gap Identification, which must include: Workflow discrepancies (e.g., PowerAutomate actions that must be replicated or redesigned in Jotform). Data field gaps between old Excel model and new Jotform model. Reporting gaps between current and desired PowerBI capabilities. Process pain points identified during interviews. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement security architectures for Azure cloud environments. * Deploy and configure Azure security services, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Firewall. * Establish security baselines and hardening standards for Azure resources. * Implement identity and access management solutions using Azure AD and Entra ID. * Manage security monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. * Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and incident response procedures for Azure environments. * Serve as the primary security advisor for Azure implementations. * Present findings, recommendations, and roadmaps to stakeholders. * Collaborate with teams to integrate security within the DevOps lifecycle. * Develop and implement security policies and governance frameworks for Azure. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including NIST standards. * Manage Azure Policy and Blueprints for regulatory compliance. * Conduct security audits and prepare compliance documentation. Job Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years focused on Azure cloud security. * Proficiency with Azure security services, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Firewall. * Strong understanding of Azure networking (e.g., NSGs, Application Gateway, DDoS protection) and identity management (Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management). * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep) and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD security integration. * Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK), and best practices. * Experience with security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection. * Active Secret clearance Certifications: * Required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) and Security+ IAT Level II 8570 Preferred Qualifications * Highly Desired: One or more certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC (e.g., GCLD, GCED, GCSA). * Additional Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus. * Experience with multi-cloud environments * Knowledge of container security (AKS, Docker, Kubernetes) * Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) * Experience with security automation and orchestration * Background in penetration testing or red team operations * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security stack This is a 100% remote role with an Active Secret clearance requirement. #clearancejobs As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
