Develop and implement solutions that adhere to established enterprise architecture frameworks. * API Management: Design, build, and manage APIs using API Management capabilities, ensuring secure and efficient communication between systems (REST/SOAP). * EDI Implementation & Management: Implement and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, including configuration of trading partners, profiles, and standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT). * Development & Deployment: Develop, test, and deploy integration processes across environments (Test, UAT, Production), managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Troubleshooting and Support: Monitor integration performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and provide expert-level post-deployment support. * Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for designs, configurations, data mapping, and architectural decisions. * Collaboration & Best Practices: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows and adhere to industry best practices in integration development. * Accountability: Take ownership of assigned integration projects, manage expectations, and guide junior team members toward successful project delivery. * AI & Agentic Integration:Utilize AI features (e.g., Boomi GPT, MuleSoft Vibes) to accelerate development, automate documentation, and troubleshoot issues Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field. * 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Boomi platform and related integration products. * Previous experience working in a consulting firm environment or within a relevant industry sector (e.g. retail, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, etc.). * 1+ years' experience working on other integration platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM Websphere processor, TIBCO business works, Workato, Google Apigee, Azure Logic Apps. * Strong understanding of enterprise integration design patterns, API protocols (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and data mapping. * Proficiency with all core Boomi components including connectors (Database, FTP, Web Services, ERP specific), process building, and robust error handling. * Strong proficiency and experience in writing custom Groovy and JavaScript code within the Boomi environment for complex logic and data manipulation. * Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and implementing EDI solutions, including understanding of common documents (810, 850, 856, etc.) * Experience with rational databases and strong SQL skills. * Strong understanding of the SDLC methodologies. * Boomi Professional Level Certifications - Developer Associate & Professional * One certification in a cloud technology platform such as AWS, GCP or Azure. * Proficiency in at least one programming language - Spring Boot, JavaScript or Python. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. BAS provides oversight of Long-Term Care (LTC) program systems, which supports LTC providers for services delivered to individuals; modifications and updates to TMHP vendor systems; and encounter data and Managed Care Organization (MCO) file support and coordination. The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services section oversees the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) program. The IDD Services and PASRR area is responsible for the oversight and support of 41 contracted entities. Oversight includes developing policies, rules, and handbooks; creating training; quality assurance and fiscal monitoring; providing technical assistance; and managing contractors. The IDD PASRR area is requesting technology changes to the Long-Term Care Online Portal (LTCOP) for the Intellectual and Developmental Disability Habilitative Specialized Services (IHSS) Automation project. The project will add new forms to the LTCOP; new services for authorization; and workflows for claims in the client's and TMHP systems. Develop and implement solutions that adhere to established enterprise architecture frameworks. * API Management: Design, build, and manage APIs using API Management capabilities, ensuring secure and efficient communication between systems (REST/SOAP). * EDI Implementation & Management: Implement and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, including configuration of trading partners, profiles, and standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT). * Development & Deployment: Develop, test, and deploy integration processes across environments (Test, UAT, Production), managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Troubleshooting and Support: Monitor integration performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and provide expert-level post-deployment support. * Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for designs, configurations, data mapping, and architectural decisions. * Collaboration & Best Practices: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows and adhere to industry best practices in integration development. * Accountability: Take ownership of assigned integration projects, manage expectations, and guide junior team members toward successful project delivery. * AI & Agentic Integration:Utilize AI features (e.g., Boomi GPT, MuleSoft Vibes) to accelerate development, automate documentation, and troubleshoot issues Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field. * 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Boomi platform and related integration products. * Previous experience working in a consulting firm environment or within a relevant industry sector (e.g. retail, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, etc.). * 1+ years' experience working on other integration platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM Websphere processor, TIBCO business works, Workato, Google Apigee, Azure Logic Apps. * Strong understanding of enterprise integration design patterns, API protocols (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and data mapping. * Proficiency with all core Boomi components including connectors (Database, FTP, Web Services, ERP specific), process building, and robust error handling. * Strong proficiency and experience in writing custom Groovy and JavaScript code within the Boomi environment for complex logic and data manipulation. * Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and implementing EDI solutions, including understanding of common documents (810, 850, 856, etc.) * Experience with rational databases and strong SQL skills. * Strong understanding of the SDLC methodologies. * Boomi Professional Level Certifications - Developer Associate & Professional * One certification in a cloud technology platform such as AWS, GCP or Azure. * Proficiency in at least one programming language - Spring Boot, JavaScript or Python.
