Work You'll Do
This leader will oversee and manage the development and execution of Deloitte's marketing and hospitality activation plans for LA28.
* Sponsorship Activation Oversight:
* Develop overarching activation plans in the lead up to LA28 and beyond to maximize rights and benefits of Olympic and Paralympic Movement assets across client engagement, marketing, and other areas.
* Maximize contractual and incremental sponsorship assets. Oversee reviews of activation plans, including copy and creative assets, both internally and externally. Become an expert on the rights and nuances of assigned sponsorship properties.
* Review, approve, and support team strategies for hospitality and client experience, ensuring exceptional standards and alignment with Deloitte's business goals.
* Set the vision and drive continuous improvement to ensure marketing, creative, and client engagement plans are strategically integrated, innovative, and measurable.
* Implement and optimize workflows and tracking systems that support continuous improvement in team collaboration, creative approvals, and asset management. Ensure effective status management on key priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across all managed sponsorships.
* Oversee the team's work with internal and external agency partners and media teams to develop and measure integrated paid, owned, earned, and property marketing plans, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
* Identify and drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and industry best practices that can enhance the impact and efficiency of sponsorship activations.
* Stakeholder Collaboration, Rights & Contract Management:
* Interface between the Sponsorship Activation team and senior marketing, brand, risk, and business leaders, escalating opportunities, resolving issues, and maximizing contractual benefits and unique assets.
* Translate business priorities into actionable plans and provide regular reporting, strategic insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
* Represent the team at key firmwide meetings, planning sessions, and external partnership meetings.
* General Support & Reporting:
* Guide the analysis of sponsorship effectiveness, competitive activity, and best practices; provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
* Lead the ongoing development of internal communications, sponsorship toolkits, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance sponsorship activation capability firmwide.

Qualifications Required
* Minimum 15 years of experience in sponsorship or sports activation
* Experience and knowledge of the Olympic & Paralympic Movement
* Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; excellent attention to detail
* Passion for sponsorship, brand and marketing disciplines, with strong writing and collaboration skills
* Experience with sponsorship property reviews/approvals
* High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex threads of work; ability to work in a virtual environment
* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
* Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications
* Sponsorship experience within B2B sponsorships
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $191,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Your are:
The ProjectManager who works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved by overseeing, coordinating, and participating in all phases of the UKG (legacy Kronos) WFM Pro (Dimensions) projects.
The ProjectManager is responsible for the successful completion of the identified project or portion of a project, which includes leading both internal and customer resources to meet the established implementation milestones, targeted completion dates, and keeping the project within scope and within budget. It is expected that the ProjectManager is capable of managing multiple simultaneous engagements in complex customer environments (i.e. multiple locations, substantial infrastructure challenges, etc.)
The Work:
+ Lead end-to-end UKG WFM implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation strategies.
+ Oversee internal and client teams, directing day-to-day activities and ensuring alignment with project milestones.
+ Manageproject scope, risks, issues, and change control processes using UKG's prescribed methodology.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
+ Provide thought leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks.
+ Support governance activities including steering committee participation and executive reporting.
+ Collaborate with integration leads to ensure seamless data migration and configuration alignment with business structures.
+ Directs the day to day project team member activities and consults with and directs client team members on assigned tasks
+ Successfully manages to project scope by developing and maintaining project budget, schedule, and timeline
+ Uses best practices and the Prescribed Methodology to make certain solutions are implemented on time and on budget, while ensuring that the end result meets the business objectives of the client
+ Facilitates complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary
+ Effectively communicates with all levels of the clients' organizations from executive sponsor to IT project members and acts as main point of contact
+ Effectively identifies, and resolves escalated issues that may impede or delay the project
+ Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and Best Practices
+ Provides guidance and coaching to project team members and participates in projectmanagement office initiatives where applicable
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need....
+ Minimum of 4 years experience managing UKG Workforce Management implementation projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
+ Minimum of 4 years experience leading cross-functional project teams, including oversight of workstream leads to ensure timely delivery of milestones and exceed client expectations.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience managingproject financials, including proactive monitoring and resolution of project-related issues.
+ Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UKG Timekeeping and/or Advanced Scheduling & Labor Optimization
+ An active UKG ProjectManagement Certification
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) of professional experience. Candidates with an Associate's degree must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
