The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. Recruiting for this role ends on 1/30/26 Work you'll do As an Oracle HCM Specialist Senior you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by: + Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client + Finding deep satisfaction by being responsible for final work product + Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate + Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development Qualifications Required: + 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM with at least 2 full life cycle implementations + 4+ years of strong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system in one or more of the following modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, & Journeys + 4+ years of experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met + Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required + Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred: + Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) + 4+years of Consulting firm experience + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 4 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
