Work you'll do As a(n) Geospatial Technical Architect on the Power & Utilities Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering small engagements and components of large, complex programs for power and utility clients. You will craft solutions, guide the quality of deliverables and recommendations, manage stakeholder relationships, contribute to thought leadership and business development, and develop junior team members.
+ You will manage implementation and integration deliverables (architecture specifications, use cases, requirements, risk assessments, design specifications, test plans/cases, and project financials).
+ You will plan environments across deployment models and edge systems.
+ You will develop and maintain solution and reference architecture diagrams, including data models and data architecture.
+ You will support and coordinate IT PMO processes and participate in governance and design committee activities.
+ You will create and manage application build plans and timelines; coordinate integrations, user provisioning, and VPN setup; and provide application setup steps to cutover/deployment leads.
+ You will manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure roadmap alignment and support, and lead functional and technical workshops based on client needs.

Qualifications Required:
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 6+ years of experience working with utilities clients or within the utilities sector on geospatial services.
+ 6+ years of experience designing on-premise and cloud Esri Utility Network architectures, system integration, FME, and system performance.
+ 4+ years of experience in FME integration strategy and governance, technical specification and documentation, integration architecture and design, environment planning, development and deployment, performance and bandwidth analysis, code readiness and release management, code review and validation, integration monitoring, and SOP/knowledge transfer.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
+ Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
+ Advanced degree.
+ Knowledge of utility data quality challenges and objectives.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

+ Provide knowledge of integrating Rapid Response with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse Tools as Integration Architect or Consultant
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning

An experienced UKG Integration Architect with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Workforce Software business.
The Work:
The UKG (Pro WFM) Integration Consultant works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum time to value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver Boomi Integration solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG Integration Architect heads large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
+ Works with client leadership and Accenture project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration.
+ Able to lead all phases of a UKG Dimensions Software implementation requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices
+ Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality
+ Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions
+ Provides content expertise for tool set up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of the UKG Dimensions integration platform and technologies
+ Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
* Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
* Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
* Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
* Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
* Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
* Serve as the chief integration architect for Kinaxis delivery initiative
* Ensure that the delivery architecture is consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements
* Manages large - medium sized Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
* Provide knowledge of integrating Rapid Response with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse Tools as Integration Architect or Consultant
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)
Nice to have:
* Experience of leading technical design for inbound / outbound processes
* Advance knowledge for Kinaxis Authoring (Level 2/3 author certified)
* Advanced Understanding of Hierarchical and Versioning Data Base Models
* Advanced Understanding of Kinaxis Data Model, Space names and Partitions
* RapidResponse Integration Models (Batch, API, web services)
* RapidResponse System Administration Expertise
* JavaScript and TypeScript expertise
* Familiarity with ETL and Messaging Applications
* Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Excellent leadership and management skills

You are:
An experienced UKG Integration Architect with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Workforce Software business.
The Work:
The UKG (Pro WFM) Integration Consultant works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum time to value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver Boomi Integration solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG Integration Architect heads large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
* Works with client leadership and Accenture project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration.
* Able to lead all phases of a UKG Dimensions Software implementation requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices
* Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality
* Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions
* Provides content expertise for tool set up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of the UKG Dimensions integration platform and technologies
* Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff.

* Minimum of 4 years of experience with UKG Integration (including WIM and Boomi)
* Minimum of 4 years of experience with a combination of UKG Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions suites
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system
* Leadership skills to mentor and develop internal resources.
