Delphi job in San Francisco, CA

Why Delphi? At Delphi, we are redefining how knowledge is shared by creating a new medium for human communication: interactive digital minds that people can talk to, learn from, and be guided by. The internet gave us static profiles and endless feeds. Delphi is something different: a living, interactive layer of identity. It carries your voice, perspective, and judgment into every conversation - so people don't just read about you, they experience how you think. We're now making Delphi accessible to all - so that anyone can create a digital mind as an always-on profile that can answer questions on your behalf. Our mission is bold: Make human wisdom abundant, personalized, and discoverable. Preserve legacies, unlock opportunities, and scale brilliance across generations. Delphi becomes everyone's living profile to show what you know. We are trusted and loved by thousands of the world's most brilliant minds from Simon Sinek to Arnold Schwarzenegger (interact with all of them here). We have tripled revenue, users, and Delphi interactions in the past 6 months - all organically through word of mouth. We plan to accelerate even further from here. Delphi's investors include Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, Abstract Ventures, Michael Ovitz, Gokul Rajaram, Olivia Wilde, and dozens of founders from Lyft, Zoom, Doordash, and many more. Our team includes founders with successful exits and builders from Apple, Spotify, Substack and more. Learn more about Delphi and this position by calling the CEO's digital mind here Who we're looking for We're hiring for a Content Lead that will obsess over growing the Library of Minds podcast and our organic content channels. The Library of Minds podcast is becoming a major acquisition channel: listeners discover a Delphi, visit profiles, and ultimately create their own. This role owns that full content engine and helps turn it into one of Delphi's core growth levers. We're looking for a scrappy, execution-first content lead who can turn Delphi's vision into a constant stream of sharp, shareable content. This person will: Own the content side of Library of Minds (LoM) Turn each conversation into multiple formats: clips, carousels, threads, and Q&A pairs that are easy to share and revisit. Understand how to package ideas so they spread, not just so they “post.” Own the full podcast strategy: guest selection, outreach, prep, and scheduling to ensure each episode drives maximum value for listeners and Delphi. Develop systems for identifying and landing high-signal guests who resonate with Delphi's audience and mission. Scale our podcast / YouTube / social presence 10-100x Bring experience growing podcasts, YouTube channels, or social accounts from small-but-high-signal to meaningful reach. Build systems for testing formats, doubling down on what performs, and killing what does not. Ensure every piece of content has a clear “next step” (visit a Delphi, create a Delphi, explore a profile), not just engagement for its own sake. Own our messaging and brand voice across channels Help crystallize “what Delphi is” and “who it's for” into simple, repeatable language. Translate narrative into crisp stories, examples, and content series that feel premium and specific to Delphi. Manage content calendars and posting across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other priority surfaces. Ideal candidate profile The ideal candidate: Has strong creative judgment and a high bar for taste: knows what feels like Delphi versus generic “growth content.” Is hands-on and fast: comfortable scripting, editing, and shipping content themselves, especially in the early stage. Has proven experience scaling at least one podcast, YouTube channel, or social account meaningfully (10-100x growth in audience or engagement). Thinks in systems, not one-offs: can design repeatable content engines around LoM and other Delphi-native content so that listeners become visitors, and visitors become profile owners. Is a wordsmith with strong copy skills: can craft compelling messaging that resonates with our ideal customer profile and drives action. Why You'll Love It Here We work on hard problems. Our team is full of former founders, and entrepreneurial individuals who are taking on immense initiatives. There is extreme upside. Very competitive salary and equity in a company on a breakout trajectory. We push each other. Work from our beautiful Jackson Square office in San Francisco, surrounded by peers pushing to do their best work. Benefits Unlimited Learning Stipend: Whether it's books, courses, or conferences, we want to support your growth and development. The more you learn and improve your craft the more effective we will be together. Health, Dental, Vision: Comprehensive coverage to keep to take care of your health. 401k covered by Human Interest. Relocation support to SF (as needed) If you're looking for just a job, Delphi isn't the right fit. But if you want to shape the future of human connection, scale wisdom for billions, and build something that will outlast us all - you'll feel at home here.
