The IT Employee Experience Coordinator's role is to work with the Manager, General Manager, Director, Site Leaders and the IT Transformation and Change Management team to assist in driving and program managing IT-wide cross functional employee engagement and workspace efforts while assisting with cutting-edge thought leadership, and company-wide facilitation of other IT Transformation efforts.
The Employee Experience Coordinator will ideate, socialize, and initiate complex cross-functional programs and projects covering a range of transformative efforts throughout the IT department for both short- and long-term initiatives. This individual will work with other departments as needed to investigate and tackle issues that require resource buy-in and cooperation across the entire Delta organization as well as with our external partners.

**RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**
+ Serve as a key resource for the IT Transformation and Change Management team by contributing to strategy development, thought leadership, socialization, and the creation of materials that support employee engagement, workspace, and other key initiatives.
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of the Minneapolis Technology Hub, including workspace logistics, vendor coordination, and facilities support to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.
+ Lead employee engagement efforts by planning and executing large-scale events, team-building activities, and portfolio-specific programs that foster a connected and inclusive workplace culture.
+ Act as the primary liaison for the Minneapolis Technology Hub, managing internal communications, announcements, and engagement campaigns to keep employees and contractors informed and connected.
+ Develop and implement strategies to increase in-office presence and enhance hybrid work experiences through thoughtful workspace design and engagement programming.
+ Support continuous improvement by developing and refining processes, procedures, and initiatives that enhance IT operations and employee experience.
+ Participate in strategic reviews of business operations, policies, and long-term planning to align workspace and engagement initiatives with organizational goals.
+ Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, portfolio teams, and strategic partners to drive mutually beneficial change and collaboration.
+ Conduct research and assessments to inform strategy, support decision-making, and create roadmaps for key initiatives.
+ Promote interdepartmental collaboration by increasing interaction, resource sharing, and alignment across teams and partners.
+ Communicate effectively with leadership, including Managers, General Managers, Directors, VPs, SLT leads, and the CIO, to present findings, updates, and recommendations.
+ Apply critical thinking to adapt existing methods and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges with minimal guidance.
+ Clarify roles and responsibilities for stakeholders, IT portfolio teams, business partners, and users to ensure alignment and accountability within initiatives.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ At least 3-5 years of related work experience.
+ High School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalency.
+ Previous hands-on tactical and strategic support for people, process and technology improvement projects including current state assessment, future state design, gap analysis.
+ PMO expertise.

The Aircraft Support Mechanic (ASM) is a critical TechOps role at Delta. In this role, you will serve as part of the crew that helps maintain the proper and safe functioning of Delta's fleet, ensuring customers have an exceptional travel experience. Overview
The Operations Control Center (OCC) Duty Manager manages the daily flight operations in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and performance goals.
Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision over on-duty Dispatchers.
Ensure the safe and efficient dispatch of company aircraft.
Reviews weather, maintenance data, and crew resource factors to develop an effective operating plan.
Coordinate with appropriate departments and personnel to maintain operational control.
Manage irregular operations (IROPs).
Initiate all required delays/cancellations and ensures all affected departments and personnel are promptly informed.
Ensure that all flight operations are conducted in compliance with applicable FARs and company procedures.
Coordinate flow of operational information to all departments and stations for use in planning.
Constantly monitors system wide weather.
Review and analyzes system flight progress.
Ensure daily events are recorded in dispatcher shift log. Compiles daily performance reports.
Input appropriate data to Delta Air Lines computer system to maintain current flight status information.
Review aircraft maintenance status and ensures that aircraft status board is kept updated.
Retrieve hourly weather and specials for all stations and alternates and notes changes which may affect operation.
Monitor field conditions, winds aloft and NOTAMS for entire operation.
Oversee routing and re-routing of aircraft and Flight Crews to maintain schedule integrity, and to accommodate maintenance requirements or Crew legality.
Ensure ferry permit paperwork is completed and Dispatcher has thorough understanding of restrictions and limitations as well as how to apply.
Coordinate with Daily Scheduling to ensure efficient utilization of Pilots and Flight attendants.
Ensure departmental guidelines are adhered to.

Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
2 years of airline dispatch operations experience
Licensed part 121 aircraft dispatcher (requires a minimum age of 23)
PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook

Position requires occasional physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, etc. not in excess of 30 lbs.

Data has transformed the way Endeavor operates. The Operations Data Strategy and Reporting (ODSR) Data Analyst role is to further harness the power of data by making it accessible, available, and curated for reporting and analysis. The ODSR team within Endeavor's Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) division are responsible for: curating data tables to be used by analytics teams, producing and distributing automated reporting in a modular and scalable manner, leading efforts to transition to modern data and reporting tools, and acting as a center of expertise for efficient data processing and analytics.
Responsibilities
Utilize advanced SQL, Python, or other methods to create and manage tables and curate views conducive to business intelligence activities.
Clean and curate datasets by researching new data sources and collaborating with other business units to determine the best source for the data, aggregating views into meaningful hierarchies.
Be familiar with data environments and collaborate to improve automated reports and analyses in support of divisional leaders and business units.
Leverage emerging technologies and proactively identify efficient and meaningful ways to communicate data and analysis that satisfy divisional needs.
Design and oversee administration of database structures to ensure data integrity controls and establish internal governance processes.
Support process improvement and project management engagements for both individual business units and cross-divisional initiatives.

Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing every customer with the very best service on our aircraft.
Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure.
Perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
Respond effectively during emergency situations. Provide emergency medical assistance (e.g., performing CPR and basic first aid) to assist individuals in distress.

Physical Requirements
Candidate height must not exceed 5'11½" or 71.5 inches when measured without shoes (with flat feet) due to the size of our aircraft.
Ability to reach a minimum of 6'3" or 76 inches when measured without shoes, from flat feet to fingertips.
Sit in an assigned jumpseat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened without a seatbelt extension. Jumpseat is 21” at the widest part of the seat.
Open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 45 pounds and ability to push, pull, or move a beverage cart requiring approximately 32 pounds of force.
Hear and respond to customer and crew communications in situations with high background noise.
Work in aircraft aisles and galleys, and while standing, reaching (extended in front and to the side of the body and above the head), walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, and working in cramped or awkward positions. Walk and fit comfortably down the aircraft aisle while facing forward and fit quickly through any exit.
Sit or stand for long periods of time.
Ability to reach into overhead bins and retrieve stored items.

Determine airline block hour capacity through collaboration with maintenance (MX) and Delta Network.
Forecast long range crew staffing and training plans to align flying demand with new hires, upgrade, and various training events.
Oversee inputs of the crew staffing models to ensure efficient staffing methodology, training, vacation allocation, absence plans, and credit.
Work directly with Labor Relations and Labor Unions to resolve crewmember issues, grievances, and investigations. Negotiate with Labor Unions as a core member of the company negotiating committee.
Develop and maintain statistical crew utilization data, model reporting, and strategy decks on a monthly and ad-hoc basis for C-suite review.
Manage and set operational crew buffers (Block, FDP, Rest, Connection) using predictive modeling.
Provide guidance to operations and senior management in the administration of the pilots and flight attendant contracts as related to crew resources.
Expand the utilization of software tools (i.e., Rainmaker, Jeppesen, AdOpt) to identify opportunities to enhance decision making.
Responsible for the analysis of monthly network schedules to ensure operational, crew, and maintenance needs are met.

Foster productive working relationships with internal operating departments and external customers e.g., DL network planning, Delta Connection.
Oversee and identify the most efficient manners to build pairings and lines, flow, and completion of the monthly bid process and interface.

Manage and continually work to develop and improve the process of efficient and effective ways of administering crewmember pay, pay changes, absence management, and termination.
Coordinate between Crew Resources and Crew Scheduling management teams to ensure consistent schedule and pay coding practices.
Ensure adherence to all FAA Regulations, Company, and Departmental Guidelines.
Manage employee performance, provide feedback, create performance evaluations, administer discipline, and participate in employee investigations and terminations.
