Transport material and scan (regrind, colorants etc.) to and from the warehouse Perform line clearances on completed production lines, cleaning entire material system. Responsible to make sure all used gaylords being used on the production floor have been properly defaced of the original use signage stickers. Keep areas around the grinders, blenders, day bins clean and free of regrind, dust etc. Communicate with operators any changes of regrind percentages.     MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all duties listed below; • Sort incoming dunnage for damage, broken, torn or otherwise unusable materials and segregate/label for disposition. • Build proper stacks of dunnage for use on our downstreams. Units to be correctly stacked by number, height, weight, orientation etc. as specified. • Load downstream unitizing areas with dunnage and manage the dunnage inventory to avoid running out. • Capable of operating the palletizer, wrapper, bander etc. to ensure product is moving through per specification and a timely manner. • Monitor and operate the blending area(s) for the designated lines. Asist and alert Utility Technician when further assistance is needed. • Monitor the Downstreams of the designated lines. • Clear bottle jams. • Restart downstream equipment as needed. • Rework bottles as needed. • Work closely with the Operator to maintain production. EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Required: Forklift license. Required: SKILLS: Required: Strong commitment to safety a must, mechanically inclined, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, self-motivated, work with minimal supervision, good written & verbal communication skills, and good work ethic. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds continuously throughout the shift. Work involves continuous lifting, bending, reaching and twisting. Able to operate a lift truck and attain lift truck license.
