The delays

The wonderful Travel Paris was a dream. I have Traveled to my many places.

The Leadership was great we made money and. Always number 1 in Service

I find out about the Company and there Vaules.

Great compensation but you work hard . Every day is a n ew Challenge

Delta had a lot of diverse demographics. At Delta it was like the United Nations

The passengers

Super welcoming and flexible. They WANT to work with you and take our wellness very seriously.

Sometimes its hard to get answers to common questions, and executive communication is not always ideal

Besides the travel...i think the mental and physical health programs. Ginger is a great resource, and they have a great mental health hotline

It’s a great company and you see the world. You can pick your co workers.

You’re away from home a lot. Be prepared for spending a lot of your time alone.

Free flights anywhere for you and your family. Honestly hop on almost any plane and you can be anywhere at any time. When standby works it’s a beautiful thing.

I enjoy being able to work on aircraft everyday. I like being able to see my work having an impact on millions of people each year.

There is nothing I would say I DON'T like about Delta. I truly enjoy working here.

Management has none to little communications with employees. Customer service agents do Not have union representation and Delta unfairly Forces seniors to retire early or terminates them.

Stability with schedule is not there

Great events to work on and great people.

The management team is very particular and doesn’t allow much autonomy.

I was part-time, so didn’t get to take advantage their benefits.

Because is a privilege to work with Delta is a dreams come true for me
