The Speech Therapist will provide ongoing therapy to clients in a timely manner per physician's orders. Communicate progress within the agency of resident progress. The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats clients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains appropriate documentation of services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a master's degree in Speech Pathology, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or the equivalent of minimum of one-year experience working with adults/children with disorders of neurological origin, including language comprehension, expression, cognition, articulation, voice, fluency, swallowing, and The candidate must also have the ability to function independently within the department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Initiates ordered treatments and communicates with physician regarding client's progress.
Documents evaluations, weekly progress notes, discharge summaries, and other pertinent information as required by the agency's policies, third party payers and stare and federal regulatory agencies.
Maintain proper documentation according to state, federal and third-party payor regulations.
Maintain proper records according to agency policy and procedures.
Communicates and collaborates with team members regarding client's progress, problems and plans.
Participates in rehab conferences at regular intervals.

Position Overview:
The Lead GIS Developer at Deeply Digital plays a critical leadership role in designing and implementing geospatial solutions for a rapidly growing telecommunications company, helping to ensure our GIS infrastructure, data models, and applications directly support engineering, construction, network operations, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, modern geospatial development practices, automation, API integrations, and complex data analysis workflows - along with the ability to lead adoption and implementation, develop standards, and translate business needs into scalable GIS solutions. The position will report to the Director of GIS & Design.
Key Responsibilities:
ArcGIS Enterprise Architecture and Administration
Work with the GIS Director to help lead the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of the company's Enterprise GIS environment (Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptors).
Help to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of hosted and referenced services used in various telecom operations.
Assist development of best practices for security, backup/restore, and monitoring.
Geospatial Application and Tool Development
Lead the development of custom GIS applications, tools, and automations using ArcGIS API for Python, ArcGIS REST API, JavaScript API, and web GIS technologies to include Experience Builder, Dashboards, Survey123, and Field Maps.
Build and enhance internal tools used for network design, construction management, address validation, service qualification, service delivery, and built network documentation.
Data Management and Integration
Design and maintain enterprise geodatabases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server) to support telecom network data (OSP assets, addresses, customers, service requests, etc.)
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for integrations with OSS/BSS platforms, scheduling software, CRM platforms, and external datasets.
Help oversee schema governance and documentation, data standards, and QA/QC processes.
Leadership and Collaboration
Provide technical leadership for a growing team of junior GIS analysts and technicians; mentor GIS users across the organization on best practices, troubleshooting, and general technical knowledge development.
Collaborate closely with Network Engineering, Design, Construction, permitting, and Executive teams to ensure alignment between GIS capabilities and business needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of GIS development experience, preferably supporting telecom, utilities, or infrastructure projects
Strong experience with Esri and its toolset (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online)
Proficiency in GIS scripting and development (Python, SQL, Arcade, JavaScript)
Experience working with spatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
Understanding of OSP and ISP fiber network design and construction workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting FTTx, fiber construction, or utility infrastructure deployments
Knowledge of ROW, easements, permitting, and pole attachment processes
Experience with web GIS frameworks and APIs (Esri JS API, REST services)
Familiarity with construction management and network inventory systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

General Statement of Duties:
Under general direction, performs monitoring activities in the Aquatic Center to prevent accidents, to assist participants and to monitor the safety of patrons. Responds to emergencies or incidents that could result in as unsafe situation in the Aquatic Center.
Supervision Exercised: May assist with supervising volunteers and Swim Aides.
Supervision Received: Work under the direct supervision of the Aquatics Coordinator, Aquatics Leader and Lead Lifeguards.
Essential Duties:
The following duties are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all-inclusive:
Scans the entire aquatic complex and monitors patron behavior for safe and appropriate activity.
Promptly, courteously and consistently enforces pool regulations and policies and communicates with patrons about safety rules, guidelines and policies.
Patrols related areas (concessions area, therapy pool, hot tub, deck, water slides, etc.) for proper usage.
Responds quickly and effectively to all emergency situation, identifies and appropriately responds to water emergencies, distress situations, accidents and improper conduct.
Administers first responder first aid/CPR and completes required reports.
Performs routine minor preventative maintenance and cleaning. Examples include: sweeping and hosing decks, cleans stainless steel, washes windows, scrubs pool tiles, organizing storage areas and cleaning the locker rooms. Maintains and cleans other equipment as assigned.
Maintains records of cleaning, attendance and timesheets.
Assists setting up for special events and aquatic programs.
Attends staff meetings and in-service training sessions and attends re-certification training courses.
Schedule can include early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Skills Required:
Possess considerable knowledge of water safety and swimming techniques.
Display an enthusiastic and friendly attitude for working in the aquatic field.
Must be able to competently perform water rescues.
Ability to perform moderate physical work and to lift 50 pounds and to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, sit, twist, reach, bend, grasp, kneel and perform a variety of similar body movements; ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to complete written records and reports.
Capacity to creatively conduct activities, events and programs that integrate aquatic skills in a fun and challenging presentation.
Aptitude to cooperate and work together as a team member to carry out the goals and objectives of the organization.
Flexibility to adapt to new situations quickly.
Must be able to effectively and using positive methods, communicate with participants, co workers and the general public.
Ability to make decisions reflecting good judgment in daily work situations.
