The Product Owner is responsible for the detailed facilitation and technology delivery of specific business outcomes. In addition, this position manages day-to-day requirements, programs, and special features while working cross functionally, and collaboratively with go-to-market, operations, and technology counterparts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deeply understands customers, technology, and competition, and synthesize into the operational product roadmaps driving business outcomes through technology enablement and innovation.
Works closely with technology, and business stakeholders to craft simple, elegant, impactful experiences.
Integrates user research studies, analytics, and market analysis into product requirements.
Participates in standups, retrospectives, design reviews, user research, and demos.
Drives the overall vision and success across technology delivery teams, including both agile scrum teams and existing systems support teams.
Organizes Sprint Planning & Grooming ceremonies at the team level.
Determines if iteration outcome is acceptable from functional/non-functional aspects.
Coordinates with the team to ensure a efficient & productive daily stand-up takes place (can designate a facilitator) Provides input into product backlog prioritization.
Prepares solid product definition and ensures all required artifacts are developed. Analyzes metrics that inform the success of products.
Creates stories/tasks and assigns to the scrum team. Additionally, flags dependencies & risks for the stories/features.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 or more years of relevant IT product management experience; people leader experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or additional experience in lieu of degree.
Knowledge of Agile software development framework, architecture concepts, and terminology.
Experience and/or accreditation in Scaled Agile a plus.
Prefer people management experience.
Ability to effectively and actively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong deductive reasoning and attention to detail.
Strong sense of customer service to consistently and effectively addresses customer needs.
High comfort level interacting with colleagues and with various levels of client organizations.

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.

The Producer Contracting Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support associated with the producer credentialing, re-credentialing and contracting functions as mandated by state and federal regulations and internal policies and procedures. The Specialist will collaborate with the producer credentialing, contracting and compensation teams as well as our external broker community, all state department insurance agencies and the California department of managed health care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews new broker portal appointment application for accuracy and completeness and processes application according to specific policies and procedures and state and federal mandates.
Prepares, distributes and reviews administrative processing document and related reports for the producers.
Submits, updates and maintains producer appointments, appointment terminations and background checks. Re-credentials and reconciles renewal appointments by validating the accuracy of the agents' demographic and license information.
Updates and maintains producer demographic information on the broker portal and appointment software.
Credentials licensed agents associated with enterprise insurance partners (eg. affiliations, medical, etc.) and internal sales departments.
Reviews, prepares and maintains annual appointment renewal notices and terminations.
Completes tasks related to the appointments and agreements.
Creates and maintains agent fee agreements, consultant agreements and other producer related contracts.
Communicates with the producer to resolve any discrepancies and inquiries related to the producer's application, appointment or agreement. Collaborates with internal business partners to successfully complete their tasks and responsibilities.
Participates in system maintenance and upgrade testing.
QUALIFICATIONS

The Philadelphia Model: Addressing serious mental illness (SMI) in long-term care (LTC) will provide highly structured therapeutic residential behavioral healthcare and treatment for frail adults who are eligible for skilled nursing level of care who also have serious mental illness and who have reached maximum benefit from the mental health resources available elsewhere in the community or hospital. The program philosophy is to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment where frail older adults with SMI that may include other complex behavioral health needs and/or prior criminal history, and need long-term skilled nursing services- can receive the care and services needed to address their holistic needs free of stigma. A multidisciplinary team will provide both long-term care and behavioral health services in this integrated program.

The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates behavioral health nursing care provided to residents and their families within the context of the program's philosophy and goals. Will be expected to apply all nursing service policies when rendering nursing care and providing health education to patients and families.
Recognizing that nursing care is one portion of health care, the Registered Nurse is expected to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team, interacting collegially with staff, physicians, consultants, and interdepartmental personnel.
ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:
•Practices psychiatric-mental health nursing in accordance with the philosophies, goals, and objectives of both Behavioral Medicine and the assigned unit.
•Provides quality behavioral health nursing care to all residents as defined by ANA Standards of Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nursing Practice, ANA Standards of Professional Performance, and long-term care regulations. Models ANA Standards.
•Intervene with residents by providing health promotion and health maintenance, intake screening and evaluation, milieu therapy, therapeutic use of self, self-care activities and bio-psychosocial interventions, health education, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and resident advocacy.
•Contribute to the development and evaluation of a goal-oriented care plan continuously based on nursing assessments and nursing interventions with residents and resident representatives.
•Completes daily chart reviews.
•Reviews Care Plan and updates information as needed.
•Implements and delegates behavioral nursing interventions that are consistent with the care plan and the medical regime.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Compensation
Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Job Summary
Provide professional Highly Protected Risk (HPR) loss control services to Tokio Marine America clients and Tokio Marine Management, Inc. Essential Job Functions

Compensation philosophy:
The OTE for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience. ($60,000 - $65,000 base + $25,000 variable compensation)

Qualifications:

Ability to weigh business needs and articulate these needs to management.

As the Director of Finance, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, serving as a critical business partner to the CFO and executive leadership. You will move beyond simple reporting to drive profitability, operational efficiency and financial oversight for the business.
In this "player‑coach" role, you will lead a direct report while rolling up your sleeves to own Vouch's financial architecture. You will own long‑range and annual planning, support board and investor relations, and build the data‑driven insights necessary to scale Vouch into the future.
What you'll do
Own the Financial Architecture: Own and enhance Vouch's 3‑statement and business unit financial models. Build scenarios for new initiatives, GTM strategies, and resource allocation to ensure plans support overall business objectives.
Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual and semi‑annual planning processes, and monthly rolling forecasts. Partner with department heads to set targets and drive accountability.
Executive & Board Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. Produce materials for the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors providing financial clarity to guide strategic decisions.
