Jeff Benck serves as Benchmark’s President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. In this role, Jeff is responsible for the company’s international strategy and corporate operations. Prior to joining Benchmark, Jeff served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lantronix a global provider of secure data access and management solutions for Internet of Things (IoT) and information technology (IT) assets. Prior to Lantronix, Jeff served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Emulex Corporation, a global supplier of advanced networking, monitoring and management solutions from July 2013 until Emulex was acquired by Avago Technologies in May 2015. He joined Emulex in May 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was subsequently appointed to President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2010. Prior to joining Emulex, Jeff was President and Chief Operating Officer of QLogic Corporation, a supplier of storage networking solutions. Earlier, he spent 18 years at IBM Corporation where he held a variety of executive leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of xSeries, BladeCenter and Retail Store Solutions development. Jeff holds a Master of Science degree in management of technology from University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also a distinguished inventor in the computer systems field and holds 6 US patents.

Sundaram “Naga” Nagarajan serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer, joining the Company on August 1, 2019. He focuses on creating value for customers through innovation and industry‑leading excellence in quality and delivery. Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Nagarajan had a 23-year career with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW), a Fortune 200 company, where he had roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President, ITW Automotive OEM Segment, a $3.3 billion business segment. Under his leadership, the Automotive OEM Segment consistently delivered profitable revenue growth through both organic and acquisitive means. Mr. Nagarajan serves on the Board of Directors of Sonoco Products Company (NYSE: SON), is a member of the Advisory Board of IACS, Executive Club, Economics Club of Chicago, and is a past trustee of Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, former trustee of AWS Foundation Inc., and was the Co-Chair of ITW’s National United Way Campaign (2013 and 2014).

Thomas A. Gendron was named Chairman of the Board on January 23, 2008. From July 1, 2005, Gendron served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and from September 2002 Gendron was President and Chief Operating Officer. He has served Woodward for more than 20 years in both the aircraft and industrial businesses, providing leadership in sales, marketing, business development, and product support management. He also serves on the board of directors for Hexcel Corporation. Prior to joining the company, he held positions with Sundstrand Corporation and Thermotron. Gendron earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Illinois and his master's degree in business administration from Rockford College.
