We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR professional to support our growing team. In this role, you'll manage a variety of responsibilities including recruiting/screening and onboarding new hires, administering benefits, assisting with payroll, and providing general employee support. You'll coordinate travel for new employees (infrequently), organize recognition for work anniversaries, and ensure new hires have everything they need (from business cards to supplies) to hit the ground running. And then you'll regularly touch base with them to help pave their path to success.
This position is initially 5 days per week at the Delta Medical Systems headquarters in Brookfield. A hybrid option (3 days in office and 2 days remote) is available after training is complete.

Qualifications
Experience recruiting, screening and onboarding, local and remote employees
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Understanding of HR policies, state and federal employment laws, and compliance requirements
Approachable, personable, and able to make others feel comfortable and valued

Qualifications

Sales Process Optimization:

Develop and run reports for Sales, Service, and Marketing teams when requested.

Perform customer order review and process sales orders with OEM, including reviewing all quotes for any applicable below the line costs.
Assemble and maintain all documentation in job folders to include: project metric, job checklist, customer purchase order and/or signed quotation, invoices, and correspondence.

Surgery Tech and/or First Assistant - Part Time (0.6 FTE, 48 hours per pay period, Day Shift)
We're looking for a skilled Surgery Tech / First Assistant to play a key role in delivering safe, efficient surgeries. You'll set the stage for success by preparing instruments and equipment, maintaining a sterile field, and anticipating the surgeon's needs every step of the way.
Job Description:
The Surgical Tech is responsible for preparing the operating room by arranging instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies. This role ensures the integrity of the sterile field throughout the procedure, assists the surgical team by passing instruments and anticipating the surgeon's needs, and supports proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment before and after surgery. Additional responsibilities include performing accurate counts, handling specimens, and facilitating efficient room turnover to maintain safety and optimize workflow.

Qualifications:

The Corporate Treasury Financial Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily cash activities, maintaining short-term liquidity, and ensuring robust control over the organization's financial infrastructure. The Corporate Treasury Financial Analyst supports the development of efficient treasury processes, enforces compliance, and contributes to building a system-wide treasury function (Treasury) that is both scalable and sustainable.
The Corporate Treasury Financial Analyst may focus on one or more major elements of Treasury such as cash and liquidity management and banking and financial institution relationships or treasury reporting, risk management, governance and compliance, and market awareness. Activities may include preparing accounting entries and maintaining accurate financial records across various subsystems, preparing and analyzing strategic reporting, collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless financial operations, and continuous improvement of Treasury practices. Experience/Qualifications
* Knowledge of accounting standards and practices is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in accounting or related area.
* Minimum of 2 years in corporate treasury or a comparable financial role with direct responsibility for Treasury-related duties.
* If no bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of corporate treasury experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

About this position
Provides basic life support care to the sick and injured and safely transports customers of all ages to a medical facility for additional care. In addition, the EMT assists the paramedic in providing advanced level care within their scope of practice and training as directed by their Paramedic Partner.
$2,700 Sign-on Bonus

Requirements
Education
* High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required
* Successfully completed an EMT training program from an accredited institution required
Experience
* Previous ambulance experience preferred
