What do you like best about Delta Star's CEO and the leadership team?

I saw leadership consistently and they have a hungry drive to make money for the employee-owned company. They love what they do.

How would you improve Delta Star's culture?

More social integration as many of the business units do not work together ever.

How did you prepare for the Delta Star interview?

I prepared by coming up with projects I could use to determine my experience for each question asked.

How does your compensation at Delta Star compare to the industry average?

I think I am paid weel in consideration of where I live and to other people. Now that I have more education I would like to get paid more though.

What's the diversity at Delta Star like?

I feel there is good diversity and it is well celebrated.

What brings you the most joy at Delta Star?

Doing a good job and the recognition for it.
