I love working at Delta Star. I feel competent here and am well respected. I enjoy the work I do and I enjoy the industry.
Unfortunately, there is a shortage of availability, or jobs, for my expertise at the company.
I think pay and benefits are great.
I saw leadership consistently and they have a hungry drive to make money for the employee-owned company. They love what they do.
More social integration as many of the business units do not work together ever.
I prepared by coming up with projects I could use to determine my experience for each question asked.
I think I am paid weel in consideration of where I live and to other people. Now that I have more education I would like to get paid more though.
I feel there is good diversity and it is well celebrated.
Doing a good job and the recognition for it.
