SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Provide 1:1 services in a school/community settings for middle and high school students with severe behavioral & emotional challenges. * Provide behavioral interventions and crisis management, positively redirecting the behaviors of children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses. * Collaborate with treatment team to provide input and feedback that contributes to the development of a child's treatment plan. * Monitor child's behaviors by documentation and redirecting challenging behaviors daily & turning in the log at weeks end along with your time sheet. * Implement Applied Behavior Analysis. CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service related field including Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or other social services related field. * Bachelor's Degree in unrelated field requires 1 year full-time paid experience working with children or adolescents. * associates Degree or sixty (60) college credits requires 1 year full-time paid experience working with children or adolescents. * Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal. * Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR and First Aid certification. * Must complete client's CBH Core Trainings * Must complete the client's Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training DTG ADVANTAGES * Establish a relationship with the largest referral agency for behavioral-health in the Philadelphia area. * Compensated weekly * Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose client opportunities that best fit your schedule. * Ability to grow professionally. * Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
