Deltek CEO and leadership

As Deltek's Chief Financial Officer, I am responsible for the financial management of Deltek. Prior to becoming CFO, I was Deltek’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer since July 2009 and joined Deltek as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller in August 2008.

Ronda Cilsick is a Group VP, Chief Information Officer at Deltek and is based in Ashburn, Virginia. She has worked as Technical Manager at James Martin & Co., Director of Professional Services at OpenText, and Senior Manager at Headstrong. Ronda attended COLLEGE OF WILLIAM & MARY between 1991 and 1995.

Perry has spent his career at the intersection of B2B sales & marketing. He is Vice President, Global Marketing & Demand Generation at Infor, where he is driving change management across people, process, and technology to nurture prospects and customers across online, social media, and in-person engagements. Perry has a proven track record of implementing leading-edge marketing strategies that have a direct impact in driving revenue. Perry previously led the Field Marketing function at Oracle powering revenue performance using modern marketing automation expertise and technology. Perry was born and raised in Israel so prior to working in the Enterprise software space, he learned all about the power of organization and the meaning of ‘mission critical’ during his stint with the Israel Defense Forces. Perry currently lives in the Washington DC area with his wife and 4 young kids.

Merriman is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of experience in senior information security positions at a broad range of industries. He joined Deltek in February 2020 from Guidewire Software where he managed the company's enterprise security program.

In addition to Merriman's security experience, he spent 22 years as a pilot in the Air Force and Air Force Reserve, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Engineering Sciences and received a Masters' degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Ed Hutner is responsible for Deltek’s global HR function.

Ed brings over 20 years of human resource management, leadership and software experience to Deltek. Prior to joining Deltek, Ed was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the New York Stock Exchange, where he led an HR team that supported 3,000 employees across 10 locations.

Prior to his role at the New York Stock Exchange, Ed was the Vice President of Human Resources at Cognos and IBM. While at Cognos, Ed supported 5,000 global employees with a worldwide team of 30 professionals. After IBM’s $5.6B acquisition of Cognos in 2008, Ed became the Vice President of Human Resources for IBM’s Business Analytics division supporting 7,000 employees worldwide. In that role, he successfully integrated Cognos operations into IBM and drove key employee retention programs. Ed has also held several other HR leadership positions at companies including Qualis Technology, and Arch Wireless, Inc./US Mobility.

Ed holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Boston College. Ed serves on the executive committee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s National Capital Region Chapter. In 2018, Ed received the Peter Kuchli Urban Empowerment Award from Year Up.
