Job Description:
Board merchant accounts to the various host networks, gateways or build the payment terminal download files by entering information into the appropriate terminal software application. Able to determine how non-routine files are built and adapt to customization per account specifications.
Job Functions
Analyze data and perform tasks related to file building. Understand and navigate the different databases that store terminal files. Accurately read, interpret and update terminal files while using sound judgement and precision when making changes and escalating issues.
Board new and existing merchant accounts to various host networks and gateways.
Process daily checks on closings to various terminals and host networks.
Show initiative in creating and implementing departmental procedures and best practices as it relates to new terminal download systems.
Monitor duties within file building departments for completion.
Basic Qualifications:
HS/GED
Basic computer knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Product Manager/Owner-Merchant Services, you will take end-to-end ownership of a moderately complex product or a major feature within our merchant services offering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs, and technology execution. You will be responsible for developing and executing the roadmap, driving product performance, and delivering measurable impact through deep collaboration with Product Development and cross-functional teams. Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 165,000 USD - 192,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
