    As a Product Manager II, you will own and manage one or more products or features, taking end-to-end accountability for the assigned product lines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the product delivers value to customers and maintains a viable business model. Key responsibilities include defining the overall product strategy, creating and maintaining the product roadmap, and managing the product backlog. You will drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), balancing short-term tactical improvements with long-term strategic investments to maximize ROI. You will provide clear guidance to product management and development teams on customer needs and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment across the organization. Additionally, you will engage with other stakeholders to guarantee the success of the product, and you will be integral in communicating the product vision and strategy to executives and other key decision-makers within the company. Job Functions: + Define the product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to set a clear vision for the product(s). Develop a strategic plan that aligns with the company's objectives and market demands. + Prioritize product features and create detailed product plans: Work with engineering and design teams to prioritize features based on user needs, market research, and business goals. Develop comprehensive product plans and timelines + Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and release. Ensure each phase meets quality standards and deadlines. + Act as a liaison between users, customers, and internal teams. Regularly collect and analyze feedback to inform product improvements and new features. + Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Use this information to differentiate the product and identify opportunities for growth. Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years + Experience with Financial Acumen + Successful track record in product development and product lifecycle management for multiple products lines. + Experience performing quality assurance controls on product to drive product evolution + Knowledge of major product lines and potential applications. + Experience developing, presenting and launching product lines + Technical understanding of product and customer requirements + Experience with collecting quantitative product data and metrics to under user behavior and discovering/evaluating product opportunities + Ability to perform quality assurance controls on product to drive product evolution + Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management Experience: 5 years experience in Product Management + Accountability and Initiative + Communication and Collaboration + Customer-Centricity + Digital IQ and Technology Translator + Ability to Work Through Ambiguity + Results Driven + Analytical Judgement Compensation The compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
