Since 2004 MCR, LLC turned its focus from cost and resource analysis to a broader set of capabilities and services to the Government encompassed in Integrated Program Management.
In 2009 MCR, LLC was sold to Harrison Street Capital, an investment firm owned by the Galvin family (founders and leaders of Motorola, Corp.) based in Chicago, IL. MCR, LLC has successfully grown over the years through a combination of organic growth and acquisition of companies and contracts.
In September 2011, Kevin Hodges joined Watermark as the VP of Security Services and assumed the role of primary business developer for the organization, as well as supporting several clients with security assessment and training services.
In 2014, Kevin was named President of Watermark and continued to lead company growth by capturing our first international contract and securing contracts on two GSA schedules.
In 2016 the company initiated a new strategic plan by expanding its capabilities and market reach.
MCR Global was established to capitalize on the rapid growth that was occurring in its international work, principally at NATO, and opened its first overseas office in Brussels Belgium in 2017.
In 2018, Admiral acquired Sterling Protective Services and expanded into Texas, under the brand name, ADM Security Solutions.
In February 2019, Kevin purchased Watermark from its founders and continues to lead Watermark’s growth efforts.
