Kevin Sterneckert is the Chief Strategy Officer at DemandTec. he attended The University of Texas at San Antonio.

I have extensive experience in the areas of Software Development, Quality Engineering, Performance and Customer Support. I am adept at and entrusted for engaging, analyzing, developing actionable plans and driving execution for continuous process, product, system, and organization performance improvements for greater efficiency, predictability, reduced cost and customer satisfaction. I am known for my ability to resolve complex problems of extended scope and exercise sound judgment within/outside established practices and procedures. I am proficient in building and growing organizations, and instituting a culture of change, innovation and efficiency. I am also highly motivated, with strong work ethic, and am considered a great team player and results driven individual with excellent communication skills!

Manages all delivery functions, including Product Management, SaaS Operations, and Professional Services. Responsible for the R&D line of the company. In his previous role Bill had a combined budget of over $60M and a worldwide team of 350 people primarily located in four countries, the US, China, India and Russia.
