Have a pulse and be able to answer the standard HR questions.
Not bad, but definitely negotiate the highest you can get going in. They will give an extra week of vacation it asked for it up front.

Hybrid work, work flexibility, no micromanaging, friendly coworkers and casual atmosphere, solid business model and visibility into customer contracts, good work life balance, good benefits, education tuition
layoffs without notice, poorly defined role responsibilities, you get put to work on things you didn't sign up for, too much reliance on company-specific tech that is halfbaked, bad management software, empty promises from executives, executives non-responsive to workers and lower level managers and making decisions that impact them without consultation
