1962

Neckermann’s first fully automatic warehouse was founded in 1962

After the entire Stöhr works were destroyed in the Second World War and then rebuilt, the company developed the first fully automatic warehouse for Neckermann in 1962.

1975

Electric Monorail System DSB – first step towards digitalisation in 1975

In 1975, the first digital step was taken by the predecessor company Mannesmann Demag, which introduced a powerful automated overhead conveyor to the market with the DSB electric monorail system.

1998

Prior to this, Hasan held various international executive roles at GE’s Industrial, Transportation, and Power Generation businesses, beginning in 1998.

2006

She joined Dematic in 2006 when Siemens acquired the company.

2010

He also served as the SVP of Integrated Systems and consulted for Dematic North America before formally joining the company in June of 2010.

2014

In this role he leads Global Transformation & Simplification, Strategic Planning & Delivery, Global Procurement, and Global Manufacturing, Ned joined Dematic in 2014, as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing.

2017

He joined Dematic from General Electric where he was President and CEO, Oil & Gas Surface since 2017 after having served as President and CEO, Downstream Technology Solutions.

2018

He joined the company in 2018.

2020

Prior to this role, Meraj served as Senior Vice President of Global Project Engineering after joining Dematic in July of 2020.

2021

Michael Larsson joined Dematic as EVP, Dematic Americas Region in 2021.

Prior to being appointed to this position in 2021, he led the Americas region for Dematic and before that was the Managing Director for Southern Europe.
