A Day in the Life
As a Learning Environment Field Consultant at Demco, your day-to-day will include:
Start your day with purpose. You'll begin by reviewing your pipeline, following up on yesterday's conversations, and planning your outbound call and email strategy for the day.
Connect and engage. Expect to spend a good portion of your day reaching out to K-12 schools and public libraries-introducing them to innovative learning space and furniture solutions, uncovering needs, and identifying new opportunities.
Get out in the field. You'll schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with educators, administrators, and library leaders to build relationships and showcase how our products can transform learning environments.
Hands-on collaboration. When needed, you'll visit customer sites to take measurements, capture photos, and partner with design teams to ensure every proposal is accurate and inspiring.
Represent and network. At times, your workday might be spent setting up at a regional tradeshow-engaging with attendees, demonstrating solutions, and helping grow our brand presence in the education and library markets.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of three (3) - five (5) years of real estate accounting/finance experience desired with a minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
* CPA certification or advanced degree is preferred but not required.
* Experience with Entrata is a plus.

Rampart, a national specialty trade contractor and a division of Structural Technologies is currently seeking Field Technicians. Rampart's office and training center is headquartered Coraopolis, PA (near the Pittsburgh Airport. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydrodemolition equipment, vacuum trucks, and water treatment processes. Safety is our top priority, and training will be provided to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Your duties will include job site setup, work performance, daily reporting, equipment troubleshooting, and repair. Additionally, you'll drive equipment to project sites and provide training to the operation center as needed. This role involves extensive travel throughout the USA to support work within Structural Group's operation centers. We are currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to be based in Catlettsburg, Kentucky and work remotely in that area. As a Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be responsible for managing complex Industrial construction projects that make our nation's structures stronger and last longer.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
Managing front end phases of restoration projects including investigative and engineering phases as well as supporting the development of cost estimates and proposals for subsequent construction phases.
Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions while working with internal contracts teams as needed
Developing and managing schedules in collaboration with field leadership
Maintaining profit & loss responsibility as well as other project financials including projections, etc.
Providing strong leadership, mentorship and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
Working closely with in-house Estimators and Sales teams to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals.
Evaluating risk and loss exposure on projects managed
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
Travel expectation is 50%
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria for this exciting position:
Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field of study
5+ years of relevant experience within the industrial construction and/or restoration industry
Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects up to roughly $5 Million - $15 Million in contract value.
Previous experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair.
Proven knowledge of computer-based programs including Microsoft Office as well as project management and forecasting tools
Strong leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others.
