Curt S. Howell is the CEO of Time Manufacturing. A company started in 1965 building the world's highest quality, most reliable vertical aerial lift devices. He is also founder and CEO of Ubiquitous LLC, a management consulting and holding company. Prior to this he joined Big Tex in October of 2014 as CEO. He was brought to BigTex to help continue their impressive growth and provide a systems approach to the management of this dynamic business. He led a successful sale process, converting to a new larger PE firm at an impressive multiple. He completed a successful merger of a company with ATW , a company of the same size, and then became CEO of a nearly $1B enterprise. Prior to Big Tex He was at Stant Corporation as President & CEO. From 2010 - 2014 as President & CEO he has reorganized the company and returned it to healthy profitability. He leaves Stant having significantly improved new business and increased EBITDA. Howell came to Stant from American Axle & Manufacturing Inc. where he spent his prior sixteen years. Prior to assuming his last position at AAM as Vice President of the Americas a $2B P&L, Howell served as vice president, Global Driveline Operations. Prior to joining AAM, Howell was the manager of Japanese business operations for the former Chrysler Corporation, Howell was born in Corning, N.Y., and graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. He holds a certificate in East Asian Studies from Xi Bei University, Xian PRC, and a Masters of international business management from Thunderbird in Glendale, Ariz. Howell has proficiency in several languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin and Japanese.

William Magnuson

Bill Magnuson serves on the Board of Directors at Netography. He is co-founder and CEO at Braze (formerly Appboy), a customer engagement platform that forms strong bonds between people and the brands they love. He is also the previous CTO at Braze, managing the company's product and engineering divisions. Prior to Braze, Magnuson was a software engineer with Google working on App Inventor for Android.
