What you bring to the table:
1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in retail grocery with knowledge of Customer Service departments including Front End, Online Pick-up and Cash Office
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent years of work experience

The operations manager will spend the majority of their time on job sites, actively working with crews to execute projects while training and developing the team around them. Project Execution
Work hands-on with the field staff to execute the project scopes of work, including, but not limited to:
Site prep and grading
Hardscape and masonry
Softscape installations
Irrigation, lighting, and drainage
Ensure both the quality and timeliness of work performed
Develop the skills of the team through on-the-job training
Demonstrate best practices for organization, care of equipment, work ethic, and client communication
Provide foremen with clear, executable plans for their jobs
Perform layout of job sites and properly set elevations and grades
Manage handoff between hardscape and softscape crews
Monitor crews for proper execution based on Outerland's SOPs through regular daily and weekly check-ins until project completion
Personnel Management
Hire, manage, and maintain a staff of high-performing team players who uphold the company values and contribute to the high performance of the construction team. Included within this responsibility is:
Hire staff to fulfill the needs of the construction team, while monitoring the crew's average wage to make sure it stays within budget
With the support of the PM, ensure all HR paperwork is completed in a timely manner in conjunction with the Director of HR. Paperwork includes
Manage staff's compliance with Outerland Policies, including but not limited to, attendance, safety, and care of equipment
Equipment and Fleet Management
Oversee the utilization of equipment to ensure it is properly used and maintained, and that equipment expense is carefully controlled within budget.
Manage the care of shared construction equipment
Verify that all equipment is being properly maintained through regular inspection
Ensure all foremen are completing DOT circle checks daily
Train all employees in the proper use and maintenance of equipment prior to use.
Snow Management
Fulfill a management role in snow removal. This includes working at all hours and days of the week as needed.

Coordinates and participates with Youth Action Board (YAB) on an ongoing basis. This role is an active presence in the YAB community and runs/attends meetings of the YAB and YAB related events.
Attends and is an active participant in county-wide initiatives, meetings, and committees that promote funding and resources to young adults experiencing homelessness. Demonstrates ability to be a “young adult voice” in this role.
Assists the YYA Case Managements team with referrals, coordination, and communication with YYA clients
Actively aids in the recruiting and hiring process for YAB members

Support early check-in coordination and approval workflows
Assist with documentation and record-keeping related to guest issues
Review voicemails and respond or escalate as needed

Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Our client is a healthcare provider that provides primary care services. They are currently seeking a talented Director of Revenue Cycle to join their growing team. The Revenue Cycle Director oversees all aspects of the organization's revenue cycle operations-from patient intake and charge capture to billing, collections, and reimbursement. This role ensures accurate financial performance, compliance with payer regulations, and optimization of processes to improve cash flow and reduce denials.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead, plan, and manage all functions of the revenue cycle, including registration, coding, billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce denials, and improve days in A/R.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer billing regulations, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
Oversee payer contracting, credentialing, and reimbursement rate analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
Partner with clinical, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance revenue integrity.
Conduct audits and implement internal controls to prevent revenue leakage and maintain data accuracy.
