MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another, communicate with others to exchange information, use wrists, hands, and/or fingers in repeating motions, identify and inspect objects and areas, assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned, and be able to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (on-call property emergencies).
The employee is frequently required to move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, traverse flat and uneven terrain, ascend and descend stairs, ladders, ramps, step stools, etc., work in an overhead position and/or reach, operate machinery and power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, adjust and move objects of 100+ lbs. in all directions, lift and place objects of 100+ lbs., exposed to outdoor weather elements (wind, precipitation) including low and high temperatures, and exposed to hazardous chemicals.
The employee is occasionally required to remain in a stationary position, such as standing or sitting, for prolonged periods.

Salary Range: $28 per hour to $32 per hour
