POSITION SUMMARY:
Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the group sales, conference planning, marketing and reservations departments with administration and oversight of Amadeus Delphi FDC and ancillary products. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lodging Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing our lodging facilities; ensuring all systems, equipment and property assets are well maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians and coordinates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This is a Full-time Year-round position with pay ranging from $62,000-$70,000 annually.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the lodging maintenance team.
Ensure all maintenance staff follow safety protocols and company policies.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and development.
Manage operations of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life, safety, and mechanical. Coordinating and working with contractors as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in hospitality or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety) and a mindset for managing them on a daily, monthly, seasonally and yearly basis.
Innate ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (e.g., HotSOS, Building Engines).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking and time management skills. Must be available for on-call emergencies, nights, weekends, or holidays when required.
Use of tools and equipment across trades. Hand and power tools, electrical meter, saws, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Sugarbush Resort is hiring Massage Therapists to join the wellness team at the Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center (SHaRC). Responsibilities include delivering high-quality 60- and 90-minute massage services, attending team meetings, and staying informed on resort events, Alterra policies, and booking procedures. Compensation ranges from $40-$43/hour, based on experience, skill level, and service offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide professional massage therapy to each client, based on consultation, assessment of needs, and client requests.
Work collaboratively with the manager, SHaRC staff, and fellow therapists to maintain a high level of service.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to the first appointment to prepare the therapy space, and ensure the room is cleaned and reset at the end of each shift.
Develop and contribute ideas to promote the massage program at SHaRC.
Maintain active certifications; attend meetings and training as required.
If a therapist is unable to work a scheduled shift, they are responsible for finding a qualified replacement therapist and must notify management of the change in advance.
QUALIFICATIONS:

COMPENSATION: This position offers a competitive base pay of $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience and comprehensive benefits. POSITION SUMMARY:
Sugarbush Resort is seeking Night Shift Groomers to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Groomers maintain a quality snow surface through timely grooming of trails on a nightly basis. Grooming ski trails involving flattening, snow placement, tilling, and compacting depending on conditions. Applicants must be willing to work second shift (11:30pm-8am). Experience is a plus but will train the right person. This is a full or part time seasonal position with a starting pay of $20/hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operation of a snow groomer, following safe practices and procedures and following nightly snow plan.
Perform daily maintenance and inspection of equipment prior to and post-operation.
Maintain a clean machine.
Recognition of equipment failure or malfunction.
Prepare nightly records of trails groomed and equipment checks performed.
Changing of implements.
Assisting other departments as needed with transport of staff and materials.
Following safe grooming practices.
Familiarizing yourself with terrain changes and snow patterns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
Relevant equipment operation experience and/or familiarity with ski area operations is helpful.
Employee housing is unfortunately not available.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES/REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Long hours at night (4pm-12am or 11:30pm-8am).
Longer shifts may be required during holidays, snowfall, or thaw/freeze cycles.
Working in all kinds of winter weather conditions and darkness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uphold the highest levels of safety on varied terrain in a mountain environment, with unpredictable winter weather conditions in a fast paced, potentially high-pressure environment.
Arrive to work on time prepared for all duties.
Attend morning meetings.
Supervise and assist the children in your class at all times including during lunch and snack times.
Clearly and accurately instruct assigned levels, physically and verbally, per the progressions in our Instructor Guide.
Provide a safe and fun learning environment through exceptional class handling and creativity.
Assist lift attendants to properly load and unload children on the chairlift, lifting children by the vest (if applicable) in accordance with our Kids on Lifts policy.
Assist in operational responsibilities of children's programs including registration process, directing guests to appropriate equipment fitting source, upkeep of outdoor teaching areas, and cleanliness of facilities.
Communicate child's lesson content and progress of the lesson with the identified guardian.
Ensure the return of children to their identified guardians.
Uphold Company guidelines and the Vermont Skier Safety Act rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 15 years old.
Must be intermediate skier/snowboarder, parallel or linking turns on groomed blue terrain.
Previous experience with teaching/coaching/mentoring and/or previous ski or snowboard instructor experience.
Experience working with children.
Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
PSIA/AASI Level I, Level II or Level III Certification is preferred.
USSA Certifications preferred.
Prior ski racing, freestyle background is a plus.
Considerations give to uncertified candidates with good skiing/riding skills, good communications skills, and enthusiasm for the sport with a passion for passing that on to others.
Available to work holidays and weekends - calendar and scheduling requirements for new & returning staff.
Successfully complete mandatory on snow training.
Must be able to stand and walk on snow for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, squat and lift 50 lbs.
Must have good guest service skills and work well in a team.
Ability to work in inclement weather in a mountain environment.
