This position is part of a structured development program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within Chick-fil-A. Participants will receive personalized coaching and development from the director team and the executive team at their Chick-fil-A restaurant.

The Work Experience
The goal of the work experience is to aid in participants' growth and development as emerging leaders. Participants are trained as team members for the first two months, and then serve as Trainers, and then progress to Shift Leader.
