Flexible schedule. Do something you enjoy. Work independently. Work outside.
Pay cuts…. Really happend In a bad economy. Commission pay is a roller coaster. Customer expectations continually grow into unreasonable grounds. Ever try painting anything in a rainstorm??? Yes they expect this or you go unpaid. Mandatory training for a commission employee… yup they expect you to take training courses uncompensated. Maintenance to your loaned vehicle and tools is expected by you, no you are not compensated for your time or downtime if something is broken outside of your control. May sound like a cry sac. But picture sharing 74% give or take of the actual billing that you produce… yep you receive roughly 26% total pay of the true number brought in. That makes sense if your company takes care of you and your tools. But not with DWiz, they expect you to act as a co owner but at yeah 26% gain.
Flexible schedule
