POSITION SUMMARY

GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Completes patient chart within established standards. Verifies chart for completeness. Enters all applicable data into the electronic medical record system (EMR)/electronic Dental record system
• Seats patient courteously, records vitals, triages as necessary and prepares patient for provider
• Maintains daily patient flow to ensure patients will be seen as soon as possible using all available resources. Enters patient information and treatment into the electronic medical record system (EMR)/electronic Dental record system
