We currently operate four nurse-managed clinics, two mobile medical units, and two victim advocacy program centers in Minnesota & North Dakota.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are on the search for a full-time DentalAssistant to join our Moorhead, MN team. As a DentalAssistant, your role is to
Sterilize instruments according to regulations
Undertake lab tasks as instructed
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Proven experience as dentalassistant
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Experience using Eagle soft is preferred but not required
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
Certified in MN or graduating from dentalassistant school is preferred

**Qualifications**
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Toileting, measurement of and documenting I/O

• Wipe down ER stretchers and commodes daily/WCs weekly

Successful completion of a nursing assistant training course is required
BLS
Current education on age specific assessment and interventions from neonate through geriatric
Preferred
Previous experience as a nursing assistant in a hospital setting
Certification of Nursing Assistant License
