Keep equipment and work area clean; utilize appropriate sanitation methods.
Review dental services provided to prevent the inappropriate use or duplication of services.
Review status of inmates/residents for completion of all necessary intervention and treatments and services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent or greater.
One year of dental assisting experience is required.
Certificate or evidence of completion of a dental assistant training program or other requirements that meet the criteria of the Dental Practice Act in the state of practice, in compliance with contract or applicable statutes is required.
A valid driver's license is required.
