Responsibilities
* Perform expanded clinical duties allowed by state regulations, such as placing restorations, polishing, applying sealants and fluoride, taking impressions, coronal polishing, and packing/retrieving cord.
* Assist the dentist during a full range of restorative, prosthodontic, and surgical procedures.
* Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for each patient and ensure efficient room turnover.
* Take high-quality digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans (traditional or digital).
* Fabricate temporary crowns, bridges, and provisional restorations while checking bite, margins and contacts
* Performing caries susceptibility testing,
* Mix and prepare dental materials (cements, bonding agents, composites, impression materials).
Qualifications
* Colarado EDDA and Xray certification requried
* Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
* Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Successful completion of Salud Family Health Center Ladder's program is required

About the role:

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
* You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
* You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
* You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
* You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
* You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift

Minimum Qualifications:
