Strong organizational skills are required to accurately and religiously maintain inventory and program records; develop, coordinate, and update schedules; and plan activities. Communication and computer skills will be useful to develop audience appropriate materials and conduct presentations before large groups when requested by the Dental Director. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1. Minimum two year full time experience as a clinical assistant 2. High school diploma or equivalent 3. Work behavior (in- house applicants) that demonstrates clinical proficiency, team/leadership support, and responsible job performance may be substituted for one year of experience (Approval by Dental Director required) 4.
