We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of New Mexico on an "as needed basis". Faculty members teaching additional or expanded dental assisting functions should be credentialed appropriately in those functions as required by the state. POSITION PURPOSE: The Lead Dental Assistant, under the direction and supervision of the Director of Dental, provides oversight of the daily operations of the Dental Assistants at the Santo Domingo Health Center. MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years working in a dental office setting in a management or dental assisting role.
