Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members as needed. Qualifications Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent experience. Current certification or licensure as a dental assistant, if required by the state. Proficient in chairside assisting and dental procedures. Knowledge of dental instruments and materials. Certification in dental radiography, per state regulations Competence in taking and processing dental X-rays. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills in managing supplies and equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to convey instructions clearly to patients. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting. Willingness to adapt to the needs of the dental practice.
