7. Sterilizes instruments and stores same. Prevents cross‐contamination during use by practice of barrier techniques.
8. Supports clerical duties including, but not limited to scheduling appointments, point of collections, answering telephones, complete insurance forms for coverage and pre‐determinations, etc.
9. Performs routine maintenance on equipment and keeps equipment and working area clean at all times.
Other Duties:
1. Arranges instruments, materials, medications and hands to dentist as needed.
2. Takes care of lab cases, send out and receive.
3. Completes insurance forms for coverage and any other administrative duties.
