Track treatment milestones on a spreadsheet • Communicate effectively with pharmacies and insurance companies to ensure timely medication delivery. • Create and submit prior authorizations for medications when needed. • Perform Rapid Fingerstick tests • Collect drug screens and accurately record results • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in electronic health records.
