Position Overview

Works closely with the Learning and Development steering committee to determine best practices to implement into clinic mentoring program.
Maintains communication of mentor program with management, Learning and Development Joint steering committee, and mentors.
Employs a variety of techniques to enhance the learning experience and modifies delivery based on the learner(s) needs.

This position is based within Dental Associates' Northern region, ideal for a candidate located in the Fox Valley or Green Bay area (Fond du Lac may be considered). Frequent travel to Appleton, North Appleton, Greenville, Green Bay, Howard and Fond du Lac with occasional visits to all Dental Associates' locations is required.
Hybrid: Primarily on-site at our northern clinics with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications:
Approximately 1-5 years' dental clerical training (instructor led and e-learning) experience
Experience in a dental-related field required
Microsoft office products, LMS, and/or experience with an e-learning
Strong competence in Adult Learning theory
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather and interpret technical content
Experience developing dental clerical training a plus
Must obtain CPR Training Certificate within 1st year of hire
Valid driver's license with ability to travel to all offices

As a key member of our IT team, the IT Support Specialist provides advanced technical support for Dental Associates' clinical operations across Wisconsin. This role offers a dynamic mix of on-site and remote support, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient performance of all clinic-based technology systems. Resolve patient concerns, complaints and issues to promote patient excellence and staff engagement
In collaboration and with direction from the Practice Manager prepare annual business plans and related strategies; participate in the development of the annual budget
Manage the sterilization area ensuring the testing of the equipment is performed and logged, reporting failed test results to the Practice Manager
Act as a change agent for continuous improvement results, utilizing lean principals and tools
Ensure staff and patient safety is maintained at all times following OSHA, CDC and HIPAA guidelines
Job Requirements
Clinical experience required in dental assisting or dental hygiene; minimum of 5 years of experience as a DA or RDH is strongly preferred
3 or more years of experience in a multi-department supervisory role within healthcare preferred
General knowledge of dental terminology and dental assisting practices
Demonstrated coaching and counseling skills with ability to supervise large number of staff in a fast-paced environment
Ability to successfully collaborate with a variety of internal clients, identify problems and offer solutions
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to learn and practice new concepts quickly along with mentoring others
Demonstrated professional and ethical standards to gain and maintain credibility

Job Responsibilities
The Care-Plus Member Service Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely explanation of insurance products and supports administrative needs of individual and group CarePlus insurance plans.
Manage all aspects of member insurance plans from account management and registration of new member accounts, claims, EOBs, pre-authorizations to resolving discrepancies for Individual and Group policies
Answer phone calls from external and internal customers to answer questions and provide assistance on benefit coverage questions, plan provisions, exclusions and limitations
Manage all financial aspects of accounts. Collect premium payments, bank downloads, and balancing of daily deposits
Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports as assigned
State of Wisconsin Accident & Health intermediary license must be obtained within six months of hire
Schedule
40 hours per week
Monday/Tuesday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Wednesday/Thursday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Friday 10:00am-4:00pm
1 Saturday a month: 7:00am-12:00pm
Hybrid- 2 days remote and 3 days in the office per week
Job Requirements
Minimum of a high school or equivalent
2 + years of dental, collection, insurance, healthcare or similarly fast-paced, customer-focused environment is preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to positively resolve conflict
Strong mathematical stills and ability to accurately work with finances
Technologically savvy, ability to work with several computer applications simultaneously
Applicants will be required to obtain WI Accident and Health license

How You'll Succeed
