What We're Looking For
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree (required)
Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings (preferred)
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings
Able to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. as needed
Compensation

Since hygienists work in very close personal space with the patients, wearing perfumes, using tobacco or alcohol during work hours is prohibited as these odors can make the patient very uncomfortable and present hazards. Hygienists will aspire to be a lifetime learner. They will be willing to give back to their community through volunteer services.

CPR certification
