Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the State of Alaska. 2. Current Local Anesthetic Agent Certificate. 3. Current Nitrous Oxide Certificate. 4. Two (2) years of experience as Dental Hygienist; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Dental Hygienist at SCF. 5. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS as required for specialty. Employee Health Requirements: Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure is a condition of SCF employment. You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment.
