Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures and consultations
Prepare and break down surgical rooms and instruments
Support patient care before, during, and after procedures
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout visits
Take and process dental X-rays and CBCT scans as needed
Maintain sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance
Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements:
Previous dental or surgical assisting experience required
Oral surgery experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of surgical instruments and chairside assisting techniques

CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain

Minimum Qualifications
Current dentalhygienist license in Georgia with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
