Registered DentalHygienist (RDH)
Advanced Dental | Berlin & Cromwell, CT

We are committed to delivering personalized dentistry in a calm, respectful environment. Our core values center on team, self, and patients, allowing us to maintain a steady, predictable workflow while fostering a positive workplace built on clear communication, mutual respect, reliability, and shared responsibility for patient care.
Position Overview
We are seeking two Registered DentalHygienists to join our team:

Understands the importance of consistency and reliability for patient trust and continuity of care
Is comfortable working independently while remaining an engaged, collaborative team member

Conduct thorough oral health assessments and charting
Take and interpret digital radiographs

Professional, patient-focused communication style
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Experience preferred; strong new graduates with the right mindset are welcome to apply
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
