Western North Carolina - Outstanding Interventional Cardiology Opportunity Permanent full time position Rapidly expanding STEMI program (opened in 2021). Enjoy a robust practice experiencing tremendous growth in cardiac cath and interventional volume, noninvasive testing, and outpatient practice volume. New patient referrals have grown over 300% in the past 2 years. In calendar year 2024 facility performed over 2000 diagnostic cath procedures and 300 PCI in a single state-of-the-art GE lab. Facility has many of the conventional techniques you would find at larger institutions including OCT/IVUS, physiologic assessment with microvascular testing, Shockwave, and Impella. The hospital has space to add another diagnostic/interventional coronary and peripheral lab as well as space for planned EP and hybrid labs. Plans are to add an additional cath lab to serve the community needs and increasing demands. Join three interventional cardiologists on staff, one of whom plans to transition to part-time in the fall of 2025. We are looking for a third full-time BC IC with several years of experience in coronary and peripheral procedures. Job Description The Dental Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional patient care through clinical evaluations, procedures, and dental surgery. The ideal candidates will have previous expanded dental assisting and surgical experience. Periodontal experience is a huge plus! Responsibilities include: Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain the doctor's schedule and patient flow Assist the doctors with all dental procedures Partner with the team to create an exceptional experience for each patient Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in the patient chart Verify patient health history and document appropriately in the patient chart Discussing diagnosed treatment with the patient Address patient's questions and/or concerns Coordinating and scheduling diagnosed treatment with a patient Preferred Qualifications: X-ray certification Nitrous Oxide certification Dental assisting experience Schedule: M-T, 8a-5p, select Fridays We Offer: Competitive pay 6 weeks of paid time off Medical, vision, life insurance, disability insurance 401k Uniforms provided
