We are looking for a mission driven Dental Phones Supervisor to add to our dental phones team. The dental phones team at OneWorld is responsible for scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, entering data accurately into the Dentrix system, and complying with HIPAA regulations. Under the direction of the Dental Operations Manager, the Dental Phones Supervisor provides supervision and ongoing support for the dental phones staff. The Dental Phones Supervisor also organizes and controls the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure the effective, efficient, and secure operation of systems.
This is a full-time position located at our administrative office on 42nd and Center. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Summary
The Dental Supervisor, reports to the Dental Director and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Dental Department. The Dental Supervisor is the liaison between the provider team and clinic operations (COO). The Dental Supervisor manages the Dental Support staff in collaboration with the Dental Director.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide day-to-day supervision of all the business aspects of the practice and the clinical support staff, including performance management and employee relations.
- Respond efficiently to patient and provider needs and inquiries to ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients.
- Interview and select support staff along with the Dental Director to meet operational requirements.
